How quickly can the platform be adapted to our equipment?

The basic structure is ready in about two weeks. Equipment types, intervals, and checklists can then be maintained directly in the system – without any programming effort. For the initial data transfer from Excel or existing systems, we plan half a day of effort per site.

What data does Predictive Maintenance need from our machines?

At a minimum, operating hours, temperature values, and vibration data from existing sensors are sufficient. The platform works with common interfaces such as OPC-UA or Modbus. If no sensor technology exists, we start with a simple interval model and add the analysis later.

Can our technicians use the app offline in the plant?

Yes. Work orders and inspection plans are cached on the tablet or smartphone. As soon as the network is available again, everything synchronizes automatically. This is especially designed for areas with poor Wi-Fi coverage.

How are maintenance intervals generated automatically?

You define rules – for example, based on operating hours, calendar days, or shift cycles. The system calculates the next due date from these and creates the corresponding work order. Changes to a rule immediately affect all relevant equipment.

What happens in the event of a malfunction outside regular working hours?

The platform records the report, prioritizes it by urgency, and notifies the responsible shift supervisor. The technician immediately sees on their device which spare parts and documents are relevant for the assignment. This significantly reduces response times.

How long does training for our maintenance team take?

For technicians, half a day is usually sufficient. The operation is deliberately kept simple: open the order, work through the checklist, document the result. Administrators receive an additional introduction to master data management and report creation – this takes about four hours.
