These terms apply to all users of the cloud-based platform for managing technical equipment, maintenance intervals, and industrial servicing. By registering, you confirm that you will use the platform exclusively for operational purposes in production facilities.

The platform provides functions for automated inspection schedules, digital work orders, and predictive maintenance analyses. The specific features depend on the service package selected. Technical changes to improve equipment availability remain reserved.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the equipment data you record, the maintenance of master data, and the timely processing of assigned work orders. Access credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

The platform supports maintenance planning but does not replace professional assessment by qualified maintenance personnel. We are not liable for damages resulting from incomplete sensor data, faulty machine reports, or improper interpretation of analyses.

We regularly back up your equipment data and provide the platform with an availability of at least 99 percent. Maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance. You are responsible for the permanent archiving of your data.

The minimum contract term is twelve months. Termination can be made in writing via email to info@dillingservices.com. After the contract ends, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

We reserve the right to adjust these terms if legal framework conditions or the platform's functionality change. We will notify you of material changes via email at least four weeks before they take effect.
