Definition of Plant Availability

Availability is calculated as the ratio of operating time to the total time of a production line. Planned downtime for maintenance and setup times is excluded and reported separately.

Scope of Predictive Maintenance Analyses

The forecasts are based on the sensor data and historical maintenance logs you provide. They do not replace safety-relevant inspections required by legal regulations or manual visual checks.

Implementation of Digital Work Orders

Work orders are assigned based on the technicians' qualifications and availability. Changes to priorities can only be made by authorized users with the appropriate approval.

Data Migration and Interfaces

Existing plant data is transferred from third-party systems only after prior verification of data quality. The respective approved interface versions apply for connections to ERP or MES systems.

Training and Instruction

The instruction of maintenance teams includes two on-site training sessions as well as a documented online consultation hour. Further training is arranged separately.
